Mutiara Damai Services

Mutiara Damai Services is a cleaning and landscape service company established in 2007 and based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. We hold cleaning contracts across residential, commercial and institutional properties throughout the Klang Valley and Melaka.

Our first contract, Indah Condominium, began in 2007 and continues to this day, followed by Rampai Idaman (2009), Sphere Damansara (2016) and The Zizz (2018). We have worked hard to build a track record of excellence with every client, and the word-of-mouth recommendations that brought us our business confirm we are meeting their quality requirements.

How We Work

Specialist teams, clear accountability

We work as a cohesive, experienced team where each member is responsible for a specific cleaning task on each premises we service. This methodology delivers significant time savings, as staff work efficiently as specialists in their areas.

It also brings real benefits to the people using the spaces we look after. For example, we eliminate cross-contamination risks by making sure personnel who clean toilet areas do not work in any other areas. This way of working gives every staff member accountability for the work they carry out.
